While you're with us. we want to make sure you’re comfortable the entire time. Enjoy our in-house snacks, and beverages such as cappuccino, latte, an assortment of teas, complimentary for all of our guests. For longer appointments, you can order in from one of our local partner restaurants and we'll add it to your bill. With your fusion extension installation, because you're with us for a long time, we will serve you a complimentary gourmet-style meal from one of our local Yaletown restaurants. No hangry or caffeine-deprived clients!

Many of the streets in the area generally have a two hour parking limit, which makes it difficult for longer appointments. Let the front desk or your stylist know when you are needing your meter topped up at any point, along with a description of your car, where it’s parked and plate number. We will plug your meter for you when needed and just add it to your bill. Please ask our front desk concierge or refer to our parking maps to find out where to park around the salon.

All of our fusion extension clients will go home with a care package, which includes a high-quality hairbrush and a travel-sized shampoo and conditioner by Kevin Murphy. The care package will also include after-care instructions as a reference guide.
