At Citrus, all service prices are listed as “from" or “starting at” and may vary depending on the length, density, and condition of your hair, as well as the time and product required to achieve your desired look. Our stylists will provide a personalized consultation before beginning your service to ensure you know what to expect, and final pricing will be confirmed during your appointment. Stylist Levels
Our stylists are categorized by level to reflect their experience, training, and expertise. Each level offers the same high-quality Citrus experience, but pricing varies to recognize the stylist’s skill and experience. This way, you can choose the stylist that best fits your preferences, budget, and desired look, knowing you’ll always be in great hands. Our levels are: Junior 1, Junior 2, Intermediate, Advanced and Master Stylist. Our junior stylists always work with more advanced stylists to ensure that every client gets the expertise of the whole team.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
Life happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule your Citrus appointment, please give us at least 48 hours’ notice. This allows us to offer your spot to another guest and keeps our stylists creating beautiful hair instead of staring longingly at their empty chair. Late changes may be subject to a cancellation fee that goes directly to your stylist...100% of it! So you’re not just cancelling, you’re actually supporting the person who had set that time aside just for you. No guilt needed!
